**NOTE TO ARTISTS:   APPLICATIONS FOR THE 21 ANNUAL 'HARD CANDY CHRISTMAS 'SHOW HAS BEEN MAILED OUT. IF YOU ASKED FOR A CONTRACT BUT DID NOT GET ONE ,CALL ME . WE ARE A JURIED /INVITATIONAL SHOW.  SUBMIT PICTURES OF YOUR WORK AND ONE OF YOUR DISPLAY.  WE ARE LOOKING FOR ORIGINAL ART AND CRAFT.  THE SHOW WILL ACCEPT APPLICATIONS UNTIL FULL.

(A 10X10 BOOTH WILL COST $145.00  FOR THE NOVEMBER SHOW.)

Mountain Artisans Show Promotions will be hosting the 21^st Annual “Hard Candy Christmas” Fine art and Craft Show in the Ramsey Center on the Campus of Western Carolina University.  This location offers large town accommodations in small town charm.

Show Dates:     The “Hard Candy Christmas” show will be held on Nov. 28th and 29^th

Show Hours:    The Hours will be         Friday Nov 28th            10:00 am until 5:00 pm

Saturday Nov 29^th        10:00 am until 5:00 pm

Set Up Date:    Nov 27th (Thanksgiving afternoon) 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm.

  BUILDING WILL OPEN AT 8 O'CLOCK NOVEMBER 28th  AND 29 FOR VENDORS

Booth Fee: Both sizes are         10’x 10’ - $145.00

                                                10’x 15’ - $215.00

                                                10’x 20’ - $290.00

                                                Corner spaces are $30.000 extra

Chairs, Tables and Electricity are provided with your booth space.  (Tables are 8’x 2’6”)

Each booth will be partitioned by pipe and drapes.  (The color of these will be gold.)

Parking: Plenty of parking room will be provided in the Field house Parking lots.  Campers and Motor homes can park on site (no hook ups).  EXHIBITORS ,PLEASE PARK IN THE LOT ACROSS THE BRIDGE .LEAVE THE AREA IN FRONT OF BUILDING OPEN FOR CUSTOMERS.

Loading and unloading: Items must be brought into the Ramsey Center via carts or dollies.  

Accommodations: The University Inn (located across Hwy 107 from the Ramsey Center) will give crafters rooms with discounted rates.

Break Down:  No Exhibitor shall break down their booth until after 5:00 pm on Nov 29^th.
