"Summertime' Arts  & Crafts Show

                                                    June 30, July 1  2023

         This year's show is a Friday and Saturday event  .

          This year's show will be held in the same location: WCU Ramsey Center Cullowhee, NC  .

A 10x10 space is $175  Corner is $30 extra. Electricity is $15 extra. Outside spaces  are $150.00.

        Set up is 12 noon until 6 pm ,Thursday June 29, 2023 . Tables and chairs are included ,if requested . Tables are 8 feet long and  2/2 feet wide. Please cover all tables to the floor.

Building is open at 7:30 ,Friday morning, June 30 for early exhibitors. 

Building opens 9 o'clock ,Saturday, July 1 . Applications for the 'Hard Candy Christmas show will be available at this show .

OUT SIDE SPACES ARE $150 .00 WE WILL ONLY HAVE A LIMITED NUMBER .

Chairs and  Tables are provided with your booth space. if needed  (Tables are 8’x 2’6”)

 ELECTRICITY IS $15 PER 10X10 SIZE

Each booth will be partitioned by pipe and drapes.  (The color of these will be gold.)

The building personnel has asked us not to store boxes back of the building halls .

Parking:  Plenty of parking room will be provided in the Field house Parking lots.  Campers and Motor homes can park on site (no hook ups).  

EXHIBITORS ,PLEASE PARK IN THE LOT ACROSS THE BRIDGE.  LEAVE THE AREA IN FRONT OF BUILDING OPEN FOR CUSTOMERS. Do not bring your vehicle to the customers parking lot on Saturday to get an early start packing up ! This takes customers spaces! Loading or  unloading: 

 Items must be brought into the Ramsey Center via carts or dollies.  There are a few dollies with the building .

           The  2023 dates for the 'Hard Candy Christmas " Show  is Nov, 24-25..

 Invitations will be sent out the first week in July . Please tell me as soon as you know your plans .

 EXHIBITORS,  IF YOU ASKED FOR A CONTRACT BUT DID NOT GET ONE,  CALL ME.  WE ARE A JURIED /INVITATIONAL SHOW.  SUBMIT PICTURES OF YOUR WORK AND ONE OF YOUR DISPLAY.  WE ARE LOOKING FOR ORIGINAL ART AND CRAFT.  THE SHOW WILL ACCEPT  APPLICATIONS UNTIL every space is taken.

Mountain Artisans Show Promotions will be hosting the 36th Annual “Hard Candy Christmas " Fine Art and Craft Show inside (and a few outside space $150.00 ) the Ramsey Center on the Campus of Western Carolina University.  This location offers large town accommodations in small town charm     

Booth Fee: Both sizes are         10’x 10’ -  $195                                               

                                                 10’x 20’ -$390

                                                 10x15 space is $293

Please do not take customer's spaces in the front of the building parking lot the last day of the show ,I know  some of you do this to get a fast start going home. Please do not do this. No one has ever spent the night at the craft show !

Accommodations:   Woodland Inn ,1 1/2 miles past Dillsboro on 441 south .  Vintage Mom and Pop operated . A 5 star clean cozy resting place .Only 8 rooms available but the right price for particular folks .. Call 828 342-2180

Please check for any  updated prices . 

Break Down:  No Exhibitor shall break down their booth until after 5:00 pm . In an inside show, when packing starts, the show is over .Last minute sales are important to everyone .
