Summertime' Arts & Crafts Show
June 12-13 2026 This year's show is a Friday and Saturday event.
This year's show will be held in the Robert C, Carpenter Building , 1288Georgia Rd, Franklin, N.C.
A 10x10 space is $175 Corner is $30 extra. Electricity is $15 extra. Outside spaces are $150.00.
Set up is from 10 noon until 4 pm, Thursday, June11, 2026. Tables and chairs are included if requested. The tables are 6 feet long and 2/2 feet wide. Please cover all tables to the floor.
The building is open at 7:30, Friday morning, June 12.
Building opens 9 o'clock, Friday June 12. Applications for the 'Hard Candy Christmas show will be available at this show.
OUTSIDE SPACES ARE $150.00; WE WILL ONLY HAVE A LIMITED NUMBER.
Chairs and Tables are provided with your booth space. If needed (Tables are 8'x 2'6")
ELECTRICITY IS $15 PER 10X10 SIZE
Each booth will be partitioned by pipes and drapes. (The color of these will be grey)
Parking: Plenty of parking rooms will be provided in the house parking lots. Campers and motor homes can park onsite (no hookups).
EXHIBITORS, PLEASE PARK IN THE LOT on the North side of the bulding . An access road goes around the building .. LEAVE THE AREA IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING OPEN FOR CUSTOMERS. Do not bring your vehicle to the customer's parking lot on Saturday to get an early start packing up! This takes the customer's space!
The 2026 dates for the "Hard Candy Christmas" Show are Nov 27-28.
Invitations will be sent out the first week in July. Please tell me as soon as you know your plans.
EXHIBITORS, IF YOU ASKED FOR A CONTRACT BUT DID NOT GET ONE, CALL ME. WE ARE A JURIED /INVITATIONAL SHOW. SUBMIT PICTURES OF YOUR WORK AND ONE OF YOUR DISPLAY. WE ARE LOOKING FOR ORIGINAL ART AND CRAFT. THE SHOW WILL ACCEPT APPLICATIONS UNTIL every space is taken.
Mountain Artisans Show Promotions will be hosting the 39th Annual "Hard Candy Christmas" Fine Art and Craft Show inside (and a few outside spaces for $150.00) the Robert C. Carpenter Activity Center on 441 s of Franklin,N.C.

10'x 20' -$390
10x15 space is $293
Corner spaces are $30.000 extra

Please do not take customer spaces in the front of the building parking lot on the last day of the show. I know some of you do this to get a fast start going home. Please do not do this. No one has ever spent the night at the craft show!-
Break Down: No Exhibitor shall break down their booth until after 5:00 pm. In an inside show, when packing starts, the show is over. Last-minute sales are important to everyone.
Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, no refunds will be given. A space in the next show will be offered... Application for the next show is always available on the last day of the show.
